I had it done with the buried suture method about 5~6 years ago. The good thing about buried sutures is definitely that it doesn't look obvious that you had surgery. But now, one side is starting to droop with age and is almost coming undone, so I'm planning to do it again. I think this is the downside of the buried suture method.
