I went because I heard it was a clinic that does things naturally, and I went because my nose was upturned and my nostrils were visible. They suggested lowering the columella, filling the tip area with ear fascia, and lengthening the nose, but I’m debating because I’m worried my nose might look long. I like the natural aspect though Other clinics told me to do a lot of different things, but here they didn’t have that, so I don’t know what’s right
