I made a reservation and went for a nose surgery consultation, but I had to wait forever and ended up consulting only with the manager. The manager kept taking calls in the middle of our conversation and was not very professional. The consultation just ended with them saying we should do only the basic nose. It felt like a factory-style clinic, and I wanted to consult with the director, but the consultation ended with only the manager, so I will not go back. For reference, this hospital has a lot of brokers.
