This is what medical expertise looks like. I think I’ve been to about 10 places, and they all said to use rib cartilage, but here they said ear cartilage and septal cartilage would be enough. I was shocked. But their reasoning is solid, so if I get nose surgery, I plan to do it here. They seem thorough and good functionally too.
