Ptosis correction + posterior lower canthoplasty

I had double eyelid surgery 10 years ago, but it was done with the buried-suture method, so these days my eye-opening strength has gotten a bit weaker, and my eyes have become uneven, with a left semi-out line and a right in-out line. I wanted eyes that looked more open, so yesterday evening I had non-incisional ptosis correction + posterior lower canthoplasty together. When I asked if it was okay to do them together, they said it was fine because it wasn’t done by incision. For reference photos, I showed Park Min-young and YouTuber Rena. I like eyes like that, but I asked them to do it in a direction that would still suit me. It has been exactly one day now, and I have conjunctival edema, and it’s uncomfortable that my lower eyelashes are curled upward Today I kept using eye drops and cold compresses often. Would this be considered a good result so far? It’s also my first time getting ptosis correction and canthoplasty, and no one around me has done it, so When will the conjunctival edema and the lower eyelid skin rolling inward get a bit better? The photos are in the order of before / immediately after / this morning / this evening.

This review is for a surgery review seeking a natural look.
