Kim In Joong was originally famous for noses, apparently, but up until when I got double-eyelid surgery, I wasn't interested in noses, so I only went around for eye consultations. My criteria for choosing clinics to visit were places where people around me had gotten double-eyelid surgery, and places whose website photos looked natural. Other clinics all recommended additional surgeries, though? Only Kim In Joong said my face absolutely had to look natural, and recommended a very thin inner double eyelid while not bringing up any other surgeries, so I somehow felt a kind of confidence hahaha and felt like there was no inflated hype, so I booked right away. The surgery ended very simply, and now it's been exactly 1 year since the surgery. My eyes really got bigger in a natural way, and truly not a single person noticed that I had double-eyelid surgery. Even when they saw the scar, they just moved on saying, Did you hurt your eye? They couldn't tell these were surgically done eyes haha. But what that means is that the doctor is a little different from the general standards of beauty, so you could be dissatisfied.. Kim In Joong only takes on the role of bringing out a bit more of the individuality within each person's face, and you can't expect some dramatic effect. So that's also what I find a bit disappointing. When I go places, I hear that I have a really charming look, but I don't hear that I'm pretty, you know? So I get a bit greedy and want revision surgery, but then I'm afraid I'll seriously become a Gangnam beauty, so I keep going back and forth, deciding to be satisfied with my current eyes haha.
