I didn’t even look into plastic surgery clinics and just went to one place for a consultation.. It was the first plastic surgery of my life, so I didn’t know sites like this existed and didn’t search either, and I ended up getting paranasal augmentation together with nose surgery..
Personally, I don’t think doing paranasal augmentation and nose surgery together is a good idea. I don’t know whether my subtly lengthened philtrum and awkward smile are because of the nose.. or because of the paranasal augmentation..
If I had rather done nose surgery first and then, later if needed, done paranasal augmentation, at least I would know the difference, but since I did them together, I can’t tell where things went wrong..
No matter how much the clinic recommends doing the nose and paranasal augmentation together, I hope you only do the nose. You can’t help feeling unaccustomed to the subtly changed appearance and awkward when smiling.
