The director explained things so kindly it felt almost like a lecture about nose surgery. He was very kind, and he recommended donated rib cartilage rather than ear cartilage. The office manager also did not recommend anything unnecessary, and overall all the staff were kind. The hospital facilities were neat and nice too.
