From the stage when I first started looking into before-and-after surgery cases, I only looked into implant-free options. I had anxiety about silicone, so I wanted to go implant-free if possible, and I was hoping there would be a hospital that said it was definitely possible.
When I went around for rhinoplasty consultations and said I wanted implant-free rhinoplasty, many other places recommended things different from what I wanted, saying that because I had a hump, they would need to do osteotomy and use an implant, or that using an implant would give me the line I wanted. But Director Lee at GNG listened carefully to what I said and told me that I could sufficiently get the line I wanted even without an implant, and that if septal cartilage alone was not enough for the nasal tip, we could add donated cartilage and use that
So I decided on rhinoplasty, had the surgery, and quite some time has passed, and I am really, really satisfied!!! The line from the nasal bridge to the nasal tip looks natural, and you cannot even tell that I used to have a hump I have no disappointment at all about the height of my nose, and it came out exactly in the line I wanted, so I really like it!
