It has been 2 months since I had nose surgery. My nose used to be like photo 2. When I smiled, my nose became a drooping arrow-shaped nose, and although my nasal bridge was high, the nasal tip dropped sharply, giving me a witch-like look. Before surgery, the director told me in advance about the limitations (nostrils becoming longer, asymmetry not being improvable). I could also feel that he was genuinely thinking it through. My nose was that difficult.
I had done Hiko 4 times and Venus Nose, so they said threads came out in clumps. Since my nose was crooked, they performed an osteotomy on that area and removed filler as well. My nasal bridge was high, but the nasal tip was too drooped, so they shaved the bridge down a little. And because the nasal tip was very drooped, they used ear cartilage with donated costal cartilage. The director said I should think of it as improving the tip to about a straight-line shape, not actually lifting the nasal tip upward. In reality, it just feels improved, and it is very natural. My nostrils feel a bit pointy, but the director had already told me about this, so I accept it, and I feel like I’m the only one who notices it. And here, the consultant is... genuinely kind. Even though I keep contacting her and asking this and that, she explains everything kindly ㅠㅠㅠㅠ
People don’t really know I had surgery. If I wear glasses, they just don’t know. But I’m happy because I feel like I look less like an old lady..
