Before before before after after after Hello. This is my 3-month review after having double-jaw surgery for malocclusion with Dr. Lee.
First of all, I’m currently undergoing orthodontic treatment with Invisalign, so I visit the clinic once a month for orthodontics. Chewing still isn’t as comfortable as before surgery, but I think it has improved so much compared with before! And the amount I can open my mouth is different again between month 2 and month 3. Seeing things like this, I really think time is medicine! Also, after double-jaw surgery, almost all the swelling has gone down, and everyone who sees me says my face got smaller and prettier, so my satisfaction with the surgery is growing day by day. haha My face, which felt slightly awkward, is also becoming more natural, and my image has changed to look gentler, so I’m very satisfied. haha Most importantly.. I can eat everything, but wrap vegetables are still uncomfortable to chew. I gained back the weight I lost during surgery, but I’m so happy that I can eat. haha Sensation has almost all returned, and I’m recovering well without any side effects so far. They also take good care of me after surgery, and I think I made the right choice!!! There have been many changes when taking photos too, and it’s comfortable not having to worry about my side profile~~! I think I did so well getting the surgery!
