1. ㅇㅅㅇ I consulted with the director right away. They were kind and the type to speak briefly and only to the point. For noble surgery, I said that even though the existing implant is 6 mm, the depression beside my nose is severe, and they said silicone around 8-9 mm would be possible. Intraoral incision. At first, for the nose, they said to do it later after doing the noble surgery and watching the progress, but as we kept talking, they said it would be better to do them together. I couldn’t get a detailed consultation about the nose. The consultation lasted 5-10 minutes, then after that I consulted with the consultant.
2. ㅁㅍㄹㅅ Took a CT and consulted with the director. As a nose-specialized clinic, they explained nose surgery in detail. I think the consultation was 20-30 minutes. They didn’t tell me the silicone size for noble surgery. They said they can know the bone shape only after removing the existing silicone, and only then can they decide the size. Meaning it would be decided after opening during surgery. For the nose, they would use ear cartilage and septal cartilage, and if insufficient, even rib cartilage. They also recommended nostril reduction. The combined cost for both was shocking, but they were full of confidence about the surgery. Looking at reviews, the nose style seems somehow glamorous. After that, I consulted with the consultant too, and that consultation was also good.
3. ㅇㄱㅈㅇㅇㅂ While waiting for the director, I consulted with the consultant first... I sincerely hope they change the consultant... In contrast, the director’s consultation was clean and detailed. I think it lasted about 20-30 minutes, and they told me that since I had come from far away, I should ask everything I was curious about. They seem to be the type who suggests moderately and pursues a natural look. The downside is that there are no reviews or information. For noble surgery, silicone, intranasal incision. They said the exact size also cannot be definitively determined because it is revision surgery. They said they would only know after doing the surgery. It seems they use up to 6-7 mm at most. For the nose, they use ear cartilage and septal cartilage, and said nostril reduction is unnecessary. It seems if you bring nose photos, they reflect your preferences.
