First of all, I mainly went around for consultations at places known for doing hump noses and bulbous noses well, and I was pursuing surgery without implants. My stance is that silicone must never go in my face. For the nose photos I wanted, I brought nose photos I wanted from reviews in a community.
1. ㅂㅇㅂ (CT yes) This was the place I went to when I first thought I wanted nose surgery, back when I didn’t know anything about community apps or anything like that, and had no information about nose surgery at all. First, except for the person who took the CT, everyone was kind, and the director was really full of confidence, so I liked it and left a deposit. But after going to consultations at other places, it bothered me a little that the director said that because I already have some nasal bridge, they could definitely make it pretty without implants.. The consultant did push a little for same-day booking, but they also canceled the deposit very coolly without any issue.
2. ㄹㅋㅋ (CT no, consultation fee 10,000 won) No, when I got there, they had mistaken the date and booked me wrong. But the reception staff smiled and said today was fine too, so they could still see me.. The consultant and reception staff here are all pretty and so kind. Especially the short-haired consultant, seriously.. my aesthetic ideal.. Consultant, you’re so pretty.. I even went overboard during the consultation telling her she was so pretty haha. Anyway, ㄹㅋㅋ is a place where the director really makes reality hit you in the head.. After touching my nose, he said my nose is very small and my skin is thick. After looking at the nose photo I wanted, he said that to get a nose like this, I would have no choice but to put in silicone, and if I didn’t, only the hump would improve a little and the nasal tip would go up just a little. He said there are people who ask for it to be done naturally like that, but most people who later ask for revision surgery are people who originally asked for it to be natural, and that if we did it that way, I wouldn’t be satisfied. The director hit me with facts.. After the consultation with the director here, I realized my reality and was so depressed I thought I’d go crazy lol. But it seems like the hospital that does things the safest and most realistically, so if you already have a bit of a nasal bridge, this place seems perfect. I’m okay with natural too, but the director strongly pushed for silicone, so I’m thinking about it.. But here, the director is really handsome in person, the consultant is totally pretty, and the consultant and staff are all kind..❤️ I am considering surgery here too! Thinking about it, the price here was shocking too. This place was more than 1.5 million won higher than ㅇㅇㅌ lol (Overall, I think the staff here were the kindest)
3. ㅇㅇㅌ (CT no) - Head director ㄱㅎㅈ I watched Director ㄱㅎㅈ’s YouTube and went to ㅇㅇㅌ. First, I met the consultant and talked about what I was dissatisfied with about my nose and what I wanted to do. The consultant looked at my nose and added a few things that seemed necessary to the list. Looking at that list, I consulted with the head director. The consultation was really funny, maybe because the director was trying to make the atmosphere comfortable. It was funny, so I laughed and consulted with a relaxed mind. The director said first that I probably didn’t need nostril base reduction. It seems like he doesn’t do unnecessary things. And after touching my nose and lifting it with a cotton swab, he said he had seen many cases like mine and that it could be made pretty even without implants, then showed me photos one after another and gave me options. I don’t remember the options, but after seeing before-and-after photos, especially a photo where someone with a chubby-looking nose became dramatically slim, I basically decided on surgery. So after consulting with the consultant, I left a deposit. The consultant also had a really pretty eye-smile and was kind. The reception staff and consultants here are also extremely kind. But the consultant said she would contact me on her personal phone and that I could ask anything I was curious about there, but she still hasn’t contacted me, so I wonder if she’s busy or on vacation. I’ll wait until this week, and if I still don’t hear from her, I feel like I might even cancel the surgery.. These small promises matter for trust..!
4. ㅂㅌㅇ (CT yes) This was the place I had the highest expectations for, as someone who prefers a one-doctor clinic.. But after going to ㅇㅇㅌ, I had almost 90% made up my mind to do it at ㅇㅇㅌ, so I wasn’t that drawn to it. First, when I went in, there was no one. I think all the consultants were in consultations, and I couldn’t see where the reception staff had gone, so I stood there awkwardly and then just sat down. Then a staff member came, I checked in and sat for a while, got a CT, waited, and then met the consultant first. The consultant was extremely kind, pretty, and smiled a lot!!! And like at ㅇㅇㅌ, I told them my complaints about my nose, wrote a list, and consulted with the director while looking at the CT. Here too, after touching my nose, the director said it seemed like I would need silicone tears.. The director’s consultation time here was really long, and if it gets long, you might expect the director to want to wrap it up, but he didn’t show any sign of that and kept answering my questions well. Since I was hesitating, he kept giving me other options too So good, director The consultant was also very kind and nice, but the price was wicked.. I was shocked when I saw the price lol hahaha But my stance is not to save money on facial surgery, so I’m considering surgery here too. There was absolutely zero pressure for same-day surgery. I love the consultant here too❤️❤️❤️
