Hello~ I can’t write Korean perfectly, but please understand. When I was in college, I had rhinoplasty twice in Korea at a really big hospital. My nose was very low/short (I basically had no nasal bridge), and it was round and blunt like a pig nose. For the first surgery, I had an L-shaped silicone implant, but I really didn’t like it, so for the second surgery I had a straight silicone implant. But right after it was done, my nose became severely upturned. It was like that from the beginning, so I don’t know if it was contracture or if they made the glabella/nasal bridge too high. Anyway, I just lived like that for 7 years. About 3 years ago, for no reason, I developed severe inflammation only in the nasal bridge where the silicone was placed. It swelled up like Avatar, hurt so, so much, I had a fever, and I was shivering with chills. I went to the hospital, got an IV drip, and took medication. Then it got better. Since then, I’ve been looking for information on revision surgery. They say that if someone who has had inflammation once gets inflammation again, it can become worse, so I’m looking for a director who is good at using autologous costal cartilage for the nasal bridge. Of course, someone who is also good with short noses/contracted noses. Searching online is too difficult, and there is too much fake information. Please help me! Please recommend someone~
