I had my first nose surgery, but as time passed my nose became increasingly swollen-looking, bulbous, and strange at the tip, so I decided on revision rhinoplasty. Since it was a revision, I was much more careful and particular about choosing a clinic than before. After extensive research, I heard that Dr. Lee Byung-hwe at Made Young Plastic Surgery was a hidden master with 30 years of experience in revision rhinoplasty. I looked through the reviews, liked the styles, and went for a consultation. The consultation was truly systematic and detailed. Before surgery, they carefully performed 3D CT and calcification testing of my autologous costal cartilage, and based on the results, the doctor clearly explained my nose’s current problems and the direction the revision should take. His thorough consultation, including consideration for my anxiety, made me trust him, so I decided on surgery right away. During recovery after autologous costal cartilage + silicone + alar reduction, the clinic’s attentive care helped me get through it without major difficulty. Perhaps because of the good aftercare, the swelling went down much faster than I feared! The former bulky, bulbous-nose appearance is gone, and the tip turned out raised and refined, so taking selfies has become fun again. People around me also compliment me that I look much more polished, and I’m happy every day.
