After the surgery, the swelling went down faster than I expected. Originally, my nose had a slightly round and blunt look, so I wanted it to look more masculine and defined from the side. That was what I had in mind when I had the surgery, and I think it was made into a stylish right-angled line.
I like that they shaped everything neatly from the nasal bridge to the nasal tip. I had a no-implant procedure without silicone and used cartilage, and it has been maintained well without looking excessive or leaving me disappointed with the shape. It really makes me think that if you entrust it to a skilled director, the nose shape can come alive even without an implant. And I like that the surgery was done safely.
Recovery from the deviated septum surgery was also fast, and over time it became easier to breathe through my nose. My snoring was resolved too, so I am sleeping comfortably and well. Just the fact that breathing no longer feels stuffy makes me truly feel that this surgery was a real success.
