First, I’m not very good with words, so I hope you’ll understand even if I ramble I had breast surgery with Mentor Boost, and I joined because I was curious how much people who had surgery around the same time as me have recovered by now. There weren’t many Mentor Boost reviews, so I’m just posting to share information.
Stats 168/45, I wore 75A before surgery. Surgery I had it done through the transaxillary approach, and now it’s been 1 month + 2 days.
For someone on the thin side, it wasn’t like I had absolutely no breasts, but they were kind of like an elderly woman’s breasts.. sagging, and the shape wasn’t pretty, so I always wanted breast surgery. Last year I couldn’t do it because I didn’t have the budget + time, but this year I had more room, and I thought I should make one big investment in myself, so after thinking it over, I ended up getting breast surgery.
I also went around to several places for consultations, and one place recommended Motiva, another recommended Mentor.. I was also recommended Sebbin, and after hearing all kinds of things, I actually felt even more confused. Then I saw a clinic with Mentor Boost for the first time (it’s Gangnam ㅁㅂ; let me know if I’m not allowed to say that.) When I actually touched Mentor Boost, the feel was so good, and I really liked that it supposedly came out after improving the parts people had found lacking in Mentor until now.
Even though my breasts were sagging and small, I had breast asymmetry, so different sizes went in on each side. The director measured my body type and told me directly that 290 should go on the left / 320 on the right. I also heard explanations of each implant here, and honestly, even though Mentor Boost is a recently released implant, they said it shouldn’t be used unless it fits the body. In short, just because I wanted it didn’t mean the director would automatically say okay. Fortunately, they said it was fine for my body type, and the detailed consultation helped a lot because they explained it in a way I could understand.
After surgery, honestly, more than breast pain, because of the general anesthesia, my throat was so scratchy and painful.. Also, the transaxillary incision area pulled, so I absolutely couldn’t lift my arms up, and I realized what it means when people say you can’t even open one plastic bottle cap by yourself. For a few weeks, I got help from my family when getting up after sitting, and I think I was also very careful because I felt I shouldn’t strain my body.
If there’s anyone here who had surgery with Mentor Boost around the same time as me, how are the feel and shape now? At first, I felt like they were really like bouncy balls.. but now they feel softer than then. I still have upper fullness, so I’m hoping the upper fullness settles quickly and the shape becomes more natural too. Is there anyone who can share how their recovery is going with me?
