I was stressed about my breasts for 2n years.... Even though skinny-body trends are in now, I had no breasts (and no hips either,,), so I was basically built like a dry stick, and it had been a huge complex for me since way back. If I wore clothes made of cotton that cling to the body? I just looked painfully skinny;; If I wore a push-up bra, I looked like someone desperately stuffing the bra with padding for everyone to see. After becoming an adult, I barely got by wearing a super-padded bra, And these days even influencers are getting breast surgery,, So I thought, why not me?!?! and started looking into clinics. At first, like everyone else, I wandered toward places doing flashy promotions without really knowing better, But after looking at a few reviews, I realized, Ah, I shouldn’t just pick any breast clinic.. Especially for someone like me with no volume and a very skinny body, If I’m not careful, it can easily become a meal tray body I felt I needed to properly find a place that would naturally enlarge my breasts!
Starting in April this year, I really put in the work both online and in person, And the standards I set for myself were: - The director has over 20 years of experience (the clinic where I had surgery has well over 20 years ^^b) - A breast surgery specialist and an anesthesiology doctor must be on site - Various post-op care.. I didn’t want a place that just gives you a tiny bit of compression and calls it done after surgery - A clinic that guarantees lifetime aftercare
If you’re in your 20s or 30s, you’re still a working adult trying to save money, And honestly, breast surgery isn’t cheap, right? Since I was paying with my own money, I thought I should get everything the clinic could provide!! So that’s how I set my standards
And what really surprised me when I went clinic-hunting was, People who saw the before photos will probably understand, but honestly, you wouldn’t really know I had uneven breasts, right?? To be honest, even I had lived all this time not really realizing I had asymmetry. If there’s nothing there, how would you even know whether it’s uneven or symmetrical? It’s basically just flat I just wore whatever bra I could find in an ultra-AAA cup size... and if I was too lazy, I’d just stick on nipple covers and call it a day So I naturally thought that if I got implants, they would obviously put the same size on both sides, But after the director felt my breasts, they said my left breast bone protruded more, So if we put in the same size, it could still end up looking uneven. They said the right side would need to be a bit larger to match the symmetry, And because it wasn’t the breast tissue that was different but the bone alignment, the left side would need to be mini-sized for the overall shape to look symmetrical.....
I had heard that if breasts are uneven, you can put in different sizes on each side..... something like that, But huh? They’re saying they’d use completely different implants? And I don’t know about other people, but I had mostly seen reviews of Motiva Demi or Full, And I had almost never seen anyone use Mini..... But they told me that on the right I should use a Demi, 245cc, and on the left a Mini, 205cc, to match things up, Which honestly surprised me, but the director, in a pretty tsundere way, Said if you’re going to make the breasts bigger, shouldn’t the size and symmetry match too? Right now they’re so small that the difference doesn’t show much, But if you put in the same size on both sides, they could end up uneven.
Anyway, even if I was going to make my breasts bigger, Because my body is so thin... I wanted them to look natural, And since it was my first surgery, I decided to have it done through the armpit. My accessory breast tissue wasn’t severe, but I thought if I made my breasts bigger and left it alone, it might end up looking worse, So since I was already doing the surgery through the armpit, I decided to have that removed too
And if you look at the front photo after surgery, The size, symmetry, and shape are all nicely matched. They inserted implants of different sizes on both sides, but it was actually amazing how perfectly symmetrical it came out. Because my breasts were so absent to begin with, I’d never really thought about how I put on or took off clothes, But after breast surgery, even taking off one T-shirt Makes me worry for no reason, like, what if I hit my chest and something goes wrong.. and I get overly dramatic by myself, So I’ve been carefully taking clothes off from the bottom, And in a few weeks it’ll be two months already, so I wonder if I’ll get used to it then
