I had fat repositioning along with lower blepharoplasty, and as the tear trough area filled in and rose, an unintended result appeared where the Indian lines below it look more prominent. I did originally have Indian lines too, but they were not at a level that bothered me much. Now that the tear trough area has become plumper, should I say the boundary line has become clearer. When I asked the clinic, they recommended fat grafting, but I'm worried and thinking it over because I'm scared it might sag later ㅠㅠ If you have Indian lines, I think it would be good to consider this in advance and consult before under-eye fat repositioning or filling the tear troughs.
