Worried About a Third/Fourth Revision Rhinoplasty

My nose became short like an upturned nose, so I had revision surgery, but it lifted again, so I had another revision at a different hospital with silicone + autologous costal cartilage~ But my nose is gradually lifting again I don’t know if it’s because silicone doesn’t suit me or what When I went to the hospital where I had the surgery, they said they would only charge the anesthesia fee and redo just the nasal tip using ear cartilage I’m wondering whether I should go to a completely different hospital, remove the silicone, and have revision surgery again using only autologous costal cartilage.. or whether I should try redoing only the nasal tip at the current hospital They say they’ll slightly touch up only the nasal tip with a closed approach… It’s not shortened like contracture, just shortened and lifted to the point where the nostrils show very slightly.. They say the autologous costal cartilage is holding well, so it probably won’t keep lifting, and that we should just redo the nasal tip What do you all think?? Realistically, if I do it again at another hospital, the surgery fee alone would be close to 10 million won again, and having costal cartilage harvested again feels burdensome.. Should I just try doing only the nasal tip at the original hospital, and if it lifts again, go to another hospital then?? Silicone does feel burdensome, so I do want to remove it Ah, I’m so torn. Please leave lots of comments.
