I got breast surgery today through the armpit incision and I keep falling asleep and waking up. I'm a smoker, so from the first day I really want to smoke I don't smoke regular cigarettes, I smoke Lil. Is there anyone like me with weak willpower? Would it be okay to smoke just one?
