The consultant was kind, and there were a lot of reviews saying the director was unfriendly, but not at all..? He was actually kind. I was quoted 1.2 million for nostril reduction + 4.3 million for rhinoplasty, total 5.5 million, and there was no discount. I was recommended septal cartilage + 3-4 mm silicone. The director seemed very confident in his skills and seemed conservative. A real hospital-like hospital, I guess? Because he has experience, his own know-how and things like that did look very trustworthy. But how should I put it, I wasn’t really drawn to it, and there were a lot of noses that were too natural (to the point you couldn’t tell whether they had surgery or not), so I decided to pass. Not using a splint is also a plus!!
