The surgeon wasn't particularly kind, but they explained in detail what was realistically possible. I didn't have any complications after surgery, but as time passed, the tip of my nose seems to have come down a little. Still, overall I am satisfied with the natural result. Thanks to the honest and clear explanations during the consultation, I was able to go through the surgery without much anxiety. I hope this is helpful for people considering surgery.
