After<1 month>After<3 weeks>Before<before>I had a Hiko nose procedure 6-7 years ago, but I didn’t like it, and people said surgery is more definite than a procedure, so I decided I’d rather get surgery. I had the surgery with Director Park Gui-yong at Finish Plastic Surgery Clinic.
As you can see from the preoperative photos, I had a severe hump and was also stressed about my bulbous nose. Even after getting Hiko, the results weren’t exactly dramatic.
I wanted a natural-glam ST, so I told the director the kind of nose I wanted, and he gave me a detailed consultation tailored to that.
My septal cartilage was small and weak, so as the director recommended, I used autologous costal cartilage for the nasal tip, silicone for the bridge, and had osteotomy for the hump as well. I should have gotten nose surgery sooner. I wasted money for no reason getting Hiko. There was also a guarantee system where they refund you if the nasal tip droops within 3 months after surgery with autologous costal cartilage, so I liked that lol I was bothered by my receding chin, so while I was at it, I also got chin-tip filler, and I think it was good that I did them together.
