It’s been 3 months since my revision surgery. Since I’m from outside Seoul, I had surgery a long time ago at a good place nearby, but I hit an appearance slump and didn’t like how my nasal tip felt, so I looked into places in Seoul. I said I’d just get consultations, but I ended up booking surgery lol
During my first surgery, they used an L-shaped silicone implant that isn’t really used these days (when I was young), and when they looked at the CT, this was pressing on my nasal tip and had caused contracture ;; So I had surgery quickly. For the implants/materials, they used ear cartilage and donated costal cartilage. After surgery, in the beginning, the columella area felt slightly pinched, but after about a month it disappeared. Now most of the swelling has gone down, so I’m satisfied with both the shape and height.
