Before before after after My nose was the very definition of flat. I also had a bit of a hump, so the bridge of my nose protruded, and the nasal bridge was deviated, so the symmetry was off too. It was probably a fairly difficult surgery.. Fortunately, I had a few friends around me who had gotten rhinoplasty, so I got clinic and doctor recommendations, looked through reviews, and went for consultations. My friend strongly recommended one place because her nose turned out well with a natural-yet-glamorous look, so I ended up getting it there too. I have always been rather fearful, so my friends encouraged me, saying I could go through with the surgery, but.. I am someone who kept seriously debating whether to just get a procedure instead right up until just before surgery, and then ended up getting the surgery Looking at the results, getting the surgery was absolutely the right choice.. First of all, I really like the surgical result, and it was not as painful as I had worried it would be. When the anesthesia wore off, it did feel numb and painful, like someone had hit my nose, but because I had worried so much, it was bearable compared with what I had feared.. After surgery, whether viewed from the front or the side, I think the nose shape came out exactly with the feeling I wanted. Not too flashy, but a nose length and height that suit me perfectly!!! My friend recommended this place as being good at hump nose and functional rhinoplasty, and the director explained things very thoroughly during the consultation and pointed out and recommended only the parts that would be good to improve, so I think it helped a lot. It has only been two months since surgery, so there is still a tiny bit of swelling on the nasal bridge, but I think it will all go down with time. For the surgical materials people may be curious about, silicone/septal cartilage/ear cartilage/cadaveric costal cartilage were used, and I received functional rhinoplasty, nasolabial angle correction, hump correction, and bulbous nose correction. Anyway, I think the nose is something that should be changed with surgery. I am once again grateful to the friends around me who stopped me from getting procedures:)
