Severe hump nose osteotomy in a man

Before <before> before <before> after <after> after <after> after <after> My hump nose was really severe, so ever since I was young, people around me kept saying so much that I got sick of hearing it, “You’d be really good-looking if it weren’t for your nose.” I held out, thinking, “What kind of man gets plastic surgery?” Then an older guy I know was the first to start getting plastic surgery, and one or two people around me started taking care of themselves, so I thought, yeah, that’s what looks cool, and I looked into hump nose osteotomy and had the surgery. Since I was doing it anyway, while correcting the hump, I already had a nasal bridge, so I wanted to balance it with the drooping nasal tip too, so I got rhinoplasty. What was it, septal cartilage and ear cartilage? That’s what they used. These days, even older adults compliment me, saying I look much better, and older guys and acquaintances around me joked at first, like, “What kind of man gets nose surgery?” but after the swelling went down and it settled, they said my image changed and that it’s amazing lol I’m enduring the embarrassment to show what my nose condition was like and also show how it changed, so if there’s anyone who would clearly look much better after doing just one thing, but is holding out like me thinking, “I’m a man, why would I get plastic surgery?” if you put your stubbornness aside for a while, you can live a new life lol
