I originally have a dragon nose, and this would be a revision surgery I saved up enough for the revision surgery cost, so I'm planning to get the revision after 3 years They say I need to raise my nasal tip with autologous costal cartilage, but is there a big difference between autologous costal cartilage and donated costal cartilage? Of course autologous costal cartilage would be better, but when I look at the armpit scar from my breast surgery 2 years ago, I feel like if they harvest autologous costal cartilage I'll be left with a severe scar, so I have a lot of worries
