Hello,, it’s been 26 days since my first rhinoplasty It was what I wanted to do most after turning twenty My old nose was low and big Augmentation rhinoplasty + columellar extension so the nostrils wouldn’t show?? + alar reduction + ear cartilage for the nasal tip + 5 mm silicone for the nasal bridge.. The doctor said my nasal bridge was too low and that they needed to put in more than 3 mm, so I thought they would use 3.5 or maybe 4 mm But wow,, after the surgery they said they put in 5 mm Will it look okay once the swelling goes down?? haㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ How much extra does silicone removal cost? +If I remove the silicone, will it go back to how it was before? +Would it look strange if I leave only the nasal tip? Honestly, even if my nose turns up.. I think a shorter nose looks prettier Ha.. seriously, my nose got longer, so my midface looks longer too, and I look even uglier, seriously
