Review after a second revision rhinoplasty using autologous costal cartilage

Beforrrre and afterrrr, I had a second revision rhinoplasty using autologous costal cartilage.. I’m now entering week 3.

My nose was low, small, and short, with nostrils that looked like they had been cut off.. it was a total mess lol

For my previous nose surgery, I had used donated costal cartilage, but unlike at first, as more and more time passed, the nasal tip kept coming down and drooping, to the point where it had gone back to almost no different from my nose before surgery...

So I was really upset and stressed, and decided on revision surgery. As I kept searching hard online, I came to know clearly what kind of nose I wanted and was pursuing While carefully reading reviews and looking at that clinic’s distinctive nose line, I thought, this is it! So I had a consultation, booked without hesitation, set the surgery date right away, and came back.

I had the surgery, and because autologous costal cartilage was used, throughout recovery after surgery it was so, so hard and painful in many ways.. (I couldn’t breathe because of the nasal packing, couldn’t taste anything.. + costal cartilage pain)

My severe nose... it’s basically like he recreated it for me. He is meticulous, and the best in specs, skill, and aesthetic sense. Director Yoon there, my nose-father thank you.

This is a surgery review for a procedure pursuing a glamorous look.
