I had medial epicanthoplasty + buried-suture double eyelid surgery, and it hasn’t come undone even after 10 years. There is something like a scar along the double eyelid line that protrudes slightly. The line is also noticeable when I close my eyes. For the medial epicanthoplasty, the skin has sagged, so the Mongolian fold has appeared again.
