It’s been almost two months since I had large-volume liposuction on my upper arms! Time really seems to fly
Before liposuction, my upper arms were really thick, so I used to cover them with cardigans or oversized clothes Though they still weren’t easy to hide.. I was always stressed about it.
So I made up my mind to get liposuction and ended up having surgery! The clinic also said my progress would likely be good, so I scheduled it for the earliest available date and had the surgery. And oh my gosh, 6500 cc apparently came out of my arms.. I thought I heard wrong.. Isn’t that a record-breaking number..
Since it was large-volume, I think it was hard from the first day after surgery until about a week? Still, maybe because I’m still young, my recovery was pretty fast
Now I’m almost at the two-month mark, so I have no discomfort at all after surgery! From right after surgery until week 2, it was hard because of swelling and pain, but after removing the stitches, it definitely became more comfortable.
After removing the stitches, the bruising went away quickly too, and my arms definitely moved better! Before that, I couldn’t really raise my arms all the way up, but after that I could do it well If you can’t raise your arms all the way up, I don’t think you need to worry too much! I think you just need to keep stretching consistently.
Now, while continuing aftercare, the lumpiness and swelling have gone down so much Still, since I’m only at month two, they said more swelling will go down! I’m so excited ☺️
I’m planning to go on vacation with my dogs this time, and I want to hurry up and wear pretty clothes and go have funnnn
This is TMI, but these days I’ve been shopping so much that I’m becoming broke.. But there are so many pretty clothes I’m going to wear everything I couldn’t wear until nowww
