The consultation manager kept pressuring me, saying they would give me a cheaper price only if I had surgery tomorrow or the day after. The director was, how should I put it, not exactly the passionate type, more of an easygoing type. He only answered when I asked questions. I wanted a consultation with the head director, but they kept recommending another director. No consultation fee.
