Before before before After after after after afterIt’s been about 3 months since I had my nose done, and it seems to have stabilized a lot, so I’m posting a review. I really researched incredibly thoroughly, enough that even the directors all acknowledged it lolololol Looking back now, I really think I made the right choice, and early on after surgery, when that mentally rough period hit, I read a lot of regret posts but there were many people who had surgery after checking out only one clinic. You absolutely have to visit multiple places in person.
Anyway, to explain, I had it done at ㅂㅇㅂ, and my friend also had it done here with good results, so I went on their recommendation. I liked what I saw in app reviews, so I even read the director’s blog closely and brought photo screenshots. During the consultation lol, since my nasal tip drooped a lot and I also had a hump, I especially lacked confidence in my side profile. I’d had filler a few times too, but it only lasted at the time, and it really felt like it spread out. Especially since it seemed like the tip inevitably drooped because of gravity, it made my nasal tip look even longer, so I decided on surgery. But I was worried and scared about putting in silicone, so I told them I wanted to do it without an implant as much as possible..
Early on, after getting a CT, my septal cartilage size was borderline, so donor rib cartilage was even brought up, but because I firmly insisted on no implant.. for now, I told them I’d prefer not to use it if possible. When they checked during surgery, my septal cartilage size was okay, so they said they didn’t use rib cartilage separately! I think I was lucky. The size of the septal cartilage is something you can only know accurately by opening it directly during surgery, and if it’s insufficient, surgery has to be done with an alternative, so I think it would be good to discuss that part thoroughly during consultation. I pursued a natural look rather than a flashy one, so even among naturally glamorous nose photos, I told them I wanted the nose with the most natural feel, and I think it turned out well! Also, one thing I think I did well was that I organized the direction I wanted in a very long written message and delivered it to them.. Honestly, everyone may have different ideas of degree, and I absolutely didn’t want my first surgery to go wrong, so I explained even very detailed parts..! It may have been tiring for them, but I thought it would be better to clearly say what I wanted..! Still, I’m thankful that they listened carefully and reflected my opinions. This got way too long as I was writing.. but in conclusion, I know my nose best! State your opinions clearly and research clinics thoroughly!!!
