After my first surgery, my initial cleavage was severely spread apart (like a highway), and after surgery I went on a diet, so it was extremely obvious to anyone that they were surgically enhanced breasts. I was satisfied with my breast implant size, so I only went up one implant size from my first surgery. For the implants, I was recommended Mentor Boost instead of Mentor Smooth because it could help complement my thin body type and pigeon chest. I debated a lot, touched Motiva and Mentor Boost, and made the final decision. The shape comes out like natural breasts, and the feel is much, much, much better.
After surgery, it was painless, and as expected, the compression bandage was hard because it felt like food was blocked at my chest.. I felt it during my first surgery too, but as expected, getting used to it was hard. Since the breast tissue had already stretched to some extent, by the one-month mark the breast shape looked like natural breasts, and the highway-like separation came together into an I-shaped cleavage. The shape and feel both fit well, and people who have had surgery once know that feeling, right??
The director said not to force them together, but when I secretly tried gathering them, the feeling was different from my first surgery... Before, it felt like there was a barricade up, but now it feels like they met after a peace treaty. haha
Most of the major swelling has gone down, so I think I just need a little more residual swelling to go down like this, and then watch how the tissue settles a bit more.
If there is anyone looking into breast surgery, I recommend Volume because I felt during revision surgery that hand skill is important. I had experienced a place that was kind only at first and unfriendly during aftercare, but at Volume, whether during the first consultation or when receiving aftercare, the director and nurses were always kind, which was nice!
