Revision rhinoplasty consultation review

I had a consultation for revision rhinoplasty at a clinic, and it was really the first time I met a director who analyzed everything so thoroughly during the consultation. They explained the CT images and the improvement points that were truly necessary for my nose, and it felt really satisfying haha But one thing that bothers me is that it’s autologous costal cartilage surgery, but they said they would just proceed under sedation anesthesia.. so I’m wondering if it’s safe
