Maybe I worked too hard on dieting before the pre/post transplant period, so as I lost facial fat, I felt like I looked a bit less attractive.. And the biggest issue is that when you do your hair around the time of the transplant, what shows is the forehead line, and since my brow bone on the forehead side protrudes quite a bit, I thought it would be nice if the slightly hollow area above it could also be improved naturally to some extent, so I looked into it and came back after getting my first round of facial fat grafting lol I think the fat survival turned out better than expected too! The design also came out naturally and well. After the transplant is done, I plan to keep maintaining the weight I lost and get everything done through the second round too!
