Before<before>Before<after>Before<before>Before<after>It's now been one week since I had abdominal liposuction! My weight itself was in the overweight range, but my body fat percentage was 41%; basically my body was just fat... and a lot of it was really concentrated in my belly.. haha Even when I tried to lose weight, I couldn't really see changes I had no idea when I'd ever lose it all and felt stuck, so I kept giving up quickly, and in the end I decided on liposuction and had the surgery! But it really is a whole new world Until days 2~3, lying down and getting up or going to the bathroom was so hard, but from day 4, aside from discomfort like muscle soreness? I think daily life is possible. Of course my walking is a bit awkward and I have to walk carefully, so I need to allow plenty of travel time.! (They said walking a lot helps the swelling go down, so from the next day I walked 30 minutes twice a day, but I barely managed 2 km in an hour) Because of the compression garment and abdominal binder, it felt suffocating, so at first I had no appetite and felt like I couldn't digest well, which was hard, but as the swelling gradually went down and the pain disappeared, that got much better too! Now the problem is actually that my appetite is coming back.. haha They said I can also get a prescription for diet medication when I go to the clinic for aftercare, so I'll look into it then. It's only been a week and I haven't even had the stitches removed yet, but I barely feel any leg swelling, and I'm already satisfied with the line change, so I keep touching and looking at it. They say a lot of the swelling goes down after the stitches are removed, so I'm really looking forward to it!!
