Even up until the 1-month mark, I could feel that there was swelling, but I thought the line was to my liking at that point. Compared to now, though, it looks different again. As the swelling in the nasal bridge and nasal tip definitely went down and settled, my nose looks much slimmer and the line feels better refined? What I like most is the nasal tip.. It lifted beautifully exactly the way I wanted, so my side profileㅠㅠㅠ good! And when I did my nose, I also had fat grafting done together, and with fat grafting, it really needs to be filled to the point of “it’s a little plump, huh~?” so that later, once it engrafts, it will look different. Mine has also become a lot more natural now, so I’m doing the second round soon. Still, since it was my first surgery, at first I was extremely careful with every little action, thinking, “Can I do this?” “Is it okay if I do it like this?” But now I can’t even maintain that level of caution and almost had an accident while being careless... I was so startled that I booked a follow-up at the clinic and saw the director, and he checked me kindly and thoroughlyㅠ I really think that at least until it fully settles, you do need to stay aware and be careful. For the surgery, silicone, septal cartilage, and donated costal cartilage were used, and I also had osteotomy and bulbous nose correction!!
