It is hard to like every single part of your own face, but among them, I was really stressed because my nostril wings were so wide and spread out? It does run in my family, but my family members all have very small, delicate-looking faces, whereas I do not have that kind of face, so I wanted a more sophisticated image.
So I went to about three consultations for alar reduction (while going around, I also got consultations for posterior canthoplasty) At all 3 places, they said my eyes should not be touched, and that I should definitely do my nostril wings.

The surgery finished well, and since it was alar reduction, it did not interfere with daily life. (From how it felt, extracting an impacted wisdom tooth made daily life harderㅇㅇ)
There are no scars either!
Side effects? There was nothing I would call that, but from about 1 month to 6 months? opening my mouth wide or yawning felt a bit tight, and when I yawned, I held my nostril wings because I was worried they would stretch back out
Maybe because my nose was the kind where alar reduction alone could show quite a big effect, people around me told me a lot that my image had changed so much, and I am so happy that I no longer need to make my nose smaller with photo editing. It has been over a year and I have no problems at all. Maybe because I have gotten used to it, it does feel like the nostril wings have stretched slightly.
It is really amazing that even a small difference of less than 1 cm in the nostril wings can change the face so much. I am completely satisfied!
