First of all, I have only been to one consultation at Item. I went to Director Baek Ju-myeong. I had seen several consultation reviews, so I found the clinic without trouble. People who came for consultations like me waited a little and then went in. YouTube videos were playing, and I heard a lot of places are like that these days, so I just thought that was normal. It was good for killing time. I saw the director’s face, and I roughly understood what people meant by saying you do not have to prepare a big list of questions because they will tell you everything... during the consultation. It seems the clinic also has something like a list of questions that visitors commonly ask. To some extent, things I expected were explained in advance. Still, when I asked about things I was curious about, it felt like they answered as much as they could. The atmosphere during the consultation does not decide everything, so I plan to visit the remaining clinics too, but for now, the consultation itself was satisfying in that it was not perfunctory or careless. I liked that it was neat.
