I went because I wanted a consultation for alar reduction, but they recommended full nose surgery instead.. Of course, it would be nice to look prettier all at once with nose surgery, but since I do not want to touch my nasal bridge, it felt a little excessive..! I completely understood the doctor saying that lifting the columella should come first and that alar reduction is the final step among nose procedures, but I judged that full nose surgery would be more difficult to reverse So the cost was also much higher than I had expected I liked that they were kind and confident about the surgery, but it did not match my needs.
