My nose has always been a concern, so I was scared of surgery and went in for a procedure. The manager subtly tried to upsell me. She said lip filler would look pretty, then said since my gums show when I smile, I should get gummy-smile Botox so it would not show... I was born for the first time finding out that there are people who get procedures because they do not want their gums showing when they smile;; Anyway, I refused everything and got the procedure. She did not force me to switch to imported Botox, but I did switch because I did not want to build resistance. It seems like a factory-style clinic and it was over quickly. If the swelling goes down and the effect is good, I plan to get more.
