<Day 1 after splint removal>Before<Additional pre-op columella photo!>After<Post-op front view>Ah, while doing consultations and researching, I realized there was a lot to fix with my nose and it was a difficult bulbous nose. There wasn’t any clinic or answer that gave me confidence, and I live in the Gyeongbuk area, but my hometown is Busan, so I went around for consultations from Busan all the way to Seoul. It had been a while since I quit my job, so I was feeling bored, and I got completely fixated on nose surgery, so I made up my mind and went everywhere. (Me, the useless unemployed one who’s best at spending money) Anyway, my long-awaited project is complete!! :)
+Additional! Surgical method
Nasal bridge + nasal tip (septal cartilage + ear cartilage) + bulbous nose correction + partial use of donated costal cartilage + silicone + osteotomy + hump correction + columella lowering (adjusting the nasolabial angle too) + septal cartilage graft + nasal fat + nasal tip suturing + Hiko removal I think it was about this much~
My columella was really sunken? short, and my nose was a fleshy bulbous nose with a deep indentation?? Looking at my previous nose, it even feels like I had reconstructive surgery...ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ (How did I live like that?) I added photos below. Noses like mine aren’t very common, so I hope it helps :) I’ll take good care of the aftercare and come back to post again
