I had rhinoplasty + reconstruction twice, so a total of 3 times, and I feel like my image changed dramatically because of my nose. But the side effects of the nose are so severe that all my friends removed everything they had put into their noses. I think rhinoplasty suits people whose noses are naturally small. For people whose noses are originally large, I think if they get rhinoplasty, it stands out even more, so the chance of failure seems high.
