I regret spending so much time and money getting orthodontic treatment in my mid-20s. The orthodontic result was reasonably good, but the process was so difficult and painful. The doctor was kind, but the waiting time was so, so, so long. Usually, waiting 30-40 minutes past the appointment time was standard, and I sometimes waited almost an hour to over an hour and a half. Recommended if you do not mind wasting time. I value my time, and orthodontic treatment is not something that ends after one or two visits, so if I could turn back time, I probably would not do it.
