The reason I decided to get nose surgery was that my nasal tip was too pressed down, and they also said my nostril wings were wide, so I had alar reduction done together. There is still a scar, but I’m consistently applying scar ointment. I thought I would never get plastic surgery in my life, but since all my relatives were doing it, I partly followed along. Still, I’m satisfied with having had cosmetic surgery.
