After my previous nose surgery, the septum was bent in an S-shape, so breathing was very uncomfortable. During seasonal changes, if I even got a little rhinitis, I had to mouth-breathe to the point it was really painful, but I am so, so satisfied with the functional aspect! For aesthetics, I replaced the old silicone with something as natural as possible and much lower than before, and it looks much more natural and pretty! I still have some swelling, but I am really satisfied!
