I’m someone who started orthodontic treatment in December 2021 and is still doing it. Still ongoing so far I started orthodontic treatment because my protruding mouth was really severe, but it’s taking a long time. For protruding mouth correction, extraction is basically mandatory, so I had 4 teeth removed. I’m from outside Seoul, so I did it in Seomyeon. Since it was before Invisalign became widely popular, I just got metal braces first. It’s still ongoing, but because my protruding mouth was so severe, even though my mouth has gone in a lot, anyone can still see that I have a protruding-mouth appearance.
