According to the hospital staff, the doctor had originally been famous, but had temporarily closed the clinic to study in the U.S. and had now reopened… At that time, there weren’t many reviews and there weren’t many people, but the consultation was detailed and the doctor seemed full of confidence, so I chose them. During the consultation, they said they would cut about 1 cm of skin. We decided to do an incisional double eyelid surgery. I wanted a thin double eyelid, but they said it would droop with age and suggested making it a bit higher. I lay down on the operating table. After the surgery, the director said… the adhesions were severe and there wasn’t enough extra skin… They couldn’t excise 1 cm, so they released the adhesions and stitched it again… Something like, it would improve to some extent, but it could go back again..? Still, they talked as if it would improve a lot.
Right now, only the unevenness of my eyes improved… The deeply sunken-looking, fixed, obvious double-eyelid-surgery look was not corrected, so after 2 years I went back, but that doctor said this was the best possible result for my eyes… It cannot improve further… It would be the same even if I went to another doctor… Anyway, this is an upsetting review because my double eyelids did not improve.
